Discretionary Portfolio Management Agreement gives our firm the ability to manage your investment portfolio for you. The investment and financial strategy will be based off of our firm’s initial intake discussions. This is a comprehensive service, but please note that our firm NEVER takes custody of your assets. Your assets will be held with the custodian of your choice not our firm. This service is billed using an assets under management (AUM) pricing structure based upon the Client's account(s) average ending monthly balance during the previous quarter. The fee is billed quarterly in arrears.

The investment and financial strategy will be based off of our firm’s initial intake discussions. During those discussion we will determine the client’s: risk tolerance, investment objectives, investment time horizon, anticipated retirement date and current personal financial picture (assets vs. debts). This is a comprehensive service, but please note that our firm NEVER takes custody of your assets and the client will be responsible for implementing the investment strategies and trades. Your assets will be held with the custodian of your choice not our firm. This service is billed using an assets under management (AUM) pricing structure based upon the Client's account(s) average ending monthly balance during the previous quarter. The fee is billed quarterly in arrears.
